“Jon delivered our consultancy training today. Coming into the session I was very open minded, with no expectations of the day ahead, I found it very insightful. Particularly around understanding how different personalities/behaviour types can differ to my own, but how we play a part in complimenting them instead of it being conflict/negative and using my strengths to my advantage whilst understanding others as well. Jon kept the group engaged throughout, and the breakouts were a great addition for us to put in practice the topics we’d discussed. Look forward to another session in the future :-)”
