Jon Kersey was the trainer for our Customer Service Training. He brought out great food for thought on how to turn a negative into a positive with our customers. The class was kept on pace and very interactive. Really enjoyed this training

Training with a great intuitive and gave a lot of details and how to sharpen my skill sets handle different types of customers people peers, and leader ship, for everyone is personality is different. Training also gave insight into the type of personality I have and where I need to improve and practice.
