I am uncomfortable with meetings and groups of strangers of more than 5 people. That said, Jon, who led this class, always had a smile on his face, and was easy to listen to. He has given me info to consider for future communications.

Jon Kersey was phenomenal in his training today. He was able to keep everyone engaged and interested in how to improve our communication and customer service. The breakout sessions allowed us to apply the information covered as well as get to know some of our peers in other areas of GTT. I have tools to take away that will help me better communicate internally and externally.
