“It was 7ft (have the label). I waited in all day. Called at lunchtime & told it would be delivered in a couple of hours. Nothing. I then checked outside & it was dumped in the rain on my driveway & the box of lights wet. Nobody knocked. Not happy at all. I slipped and fell over dragging it into my hallway and it needed 3 people to put it in stand in the front room. I am owed a.an apology & b.a refund of the difference in price between 8ft & 7ft plus a review as to 'what courier service' good standards you believe you have. You don't. Quite shocked spending almost £170 of my money for this service.”
