“I order a tree from you every year to get a nice shaped tree, though more expensive than others locally. This year I went for a larger tree 8 feet. A bit disappointed as though regular shape it's a bit leaner/leggier at the lower part of the tree than I like and expect from a Nordmann so will order a smaller one next time either 6 or 7 ' to get the more traditional Nordmann shape and denser coverage at the bottom.”

“The tree is excellent - just the right height, slim, with regular branches, and, so far, not too many needles on the floor! Spock was slick, efficient, and engaging - but I question your description of a 'kilt'!”

How was our Service?

“So disappointing - the tree and branches was caked in mud and hundreds of needles fell on the ground after 10 minutes of being up. The tree had clearly been cut a long time ago and just kept shedding needles. Telephoned for a refund as the tree was unusable despite me 'washing' the branches.”

“We were told this kind doesn’t drop needles, but it started dropping before it was installed. We’ve been watering it and even spraying it regularly, but they keep dropping. It’s quite stressful as it’s standing on a white carpet!”
