“We bought a tree two weeks ago. The quality was very good for just the first week. The week after delivery the tree turned brown even though it had enough water. Very disappointed, poor quality”

“Unfortunately comparing to last years tree this years is very disappointing. I realise there is some needle fall when you first open the package but there was absolutely loads, plus small pieces of tree not just needles. Also a few damaged branches, bent out of shape & some branches floppy to can’t hold wait of decorations. I have made the best of the tree but unsure if I would order next year.”
