“Unfortunately it came covered in mud. The people who brought the tree left so quickly that by the time I realized the mud they were gone. I tried calling and noone picked up, I wrote several emails and noone got back to me, so they didn’t change the tree like it was promised in the emails.”

“The delivery was super smooth, and the tree delivered… well I couldn’t pick a better one myself. It’s probably the best one I ever had, very bushy, symmetrical and it smells divine. Also glad there’s a collection service! Will order again!”

“The tree was a great shape and generally kept its needles, but despite cutting the bottom of the trunk of the tree and placing in a bucket of water before bringing indoors, the tree did not seem to take up water and began to droop before the week was up, even though it stood in a reservoir of water throughout. When taking down the tree, it was noted that the tip of the tree was dry and brittle.”

“Started dropping needles very soon after delivery even after watering. Ended up dropping most of its needles when taking decorations off and taking the tree outside. Very disappointing”
