“The first tree you delivered was not of good quality. It was seemingly damaged on one side and certainly not fresh, shedding a lot within minutes of installation. You replaced it with a very good quality tree. Excellent service both on your part and the two guys who brought the replacement. But I have to say that after buying the same size tree from you for maybe 10 years now, this year the 6ft Nordmann was disappointingly below size. A new policy?”
