“This is my second pair of the SG-210S gloves - not that there was anything wrong with the first pair, just that I liked them so much I bought another.
These are the epitome of "fits like a glove" - the glove feels like it moulds to your hand inside and the lining is not like a shiny satin type material but more of a soft fitted fabric that doesn't gather in between your fingers which is great. In terms of drying, the lining dries out quite quickly when aired properly before storage so no issues there.
Breaking in time is quick but the padding is great - for sparring, you and your opponent will have good protection but you still get a good amount of feedback. I've not noticed and breakdown in the padding over the time I've had the gloves.
The other great thing about these is that there is slightly less padding around the wrist which enables a more snug fit around the wrist. That said, wrist protection is very good in these gloves, the support across the back of the wrist is great and means you're less likely to snap your rest up or down if mis-timing a hit.
Lastly, the green colour is really nice - almost looks black in some light but really great colour.”
