“Bought these gloves about about 4 months ago as an upgrade to the Phenom S4. They're a lot more sleek than the S4 and really feel like they wrap your hand and wrist.
The exterior leather is good quality and definitely feels robust enough to handle repeated strikes on the bag as well as sparring.
I did get the white 12oz and the surface appeared to start cracking which I was concerned about after just a few uses but I think this is more just the way the dye is on the leather combined with dirt - they didn't stay white for very long but the integrity of the glove still appears good.
Internally, the lining is on point! Its less shiny than some others so your hand remains largely fixed in the compartment with no sliding around, plus the amount of lining is great which means there's no bunching between fingers. The glove already felt broken in on first wear and was easy to make a fost and open and close the hand.
Padding on the glove is really well balanced, there's enough soft padding that your sparring partner won't be feeling your knuckles through it but not so much that you lose feedback. Around the wrist there's minimal padding but I prefer this as it means I can get the strap to wrap snugly around my wrist resulting in a more stable wrist position.
Very happy with these - I tried the Fly/Hayabusa gloves that most people have at our gym but feel, in my opinion, for the money, these are a better glove in terms of quality and balance. Looking now to order another pair of these to replace another brand in rotation.”
“I am dutch so ordering in other countries is pretty expensive i got the 210s velcro after i used fly superlace for 6 months and sold them but wow this glove is just perfect even if i paid 250€ nice tight fit not to stiff not pillow cushions just in between .
And above all that i did now the tax rate but phenom send a message before hand with how much it is gonna cost and if you agree to it so no heart attacks when its already at costums phenomenal if you ask me.
I ordered 14oz i am 95kg but not for long and hand circumreference 21.5cm on dominant hand and they fit perfect .

“Definitely one of my top gloves if not my best gloves I’ve purchased. Soft sponge like padding that is definitely durable. Very well padded that is equally spread throughout the glove so it’s not bulky. Definitely well worth price. Great protection for the hands and your sparring partners. The padding is still firm enough for them to still feel enough weight without having to worry about unnecessary injuries while sparring. I’m very well pleased with this glove.”
