Did you and your dog receive a warm welcome? yes

Did you feel your stay was good value for money? yes

“The hotel is in a great location, the only drawback is no car park, we were able to park in a nearby car park, about a 4 minute walk back to the hotel. The evening meal was okay, nothing special, breakfast was a much better meal, one of the nicest hotel cooked breakfast's I have had in a while. The room was lovely, the bed very comfortable and the en-suite was luxurious.”

“We were made to feel welcome on our arrival, room was beautiful and warm. We were advised of meal times and told exactly where our room was.”

“Great weekend in Dorset. Great customer service and hotel was great. Really enjoyed the area and people were super nice and dog friendly. Would definitely book again!”

This is the second time we have stayed here in the last three months, We like the hotel, staff are so friendly and our dog also feels comfortable and the staff make a fuss of her. In June we were on the first floor unfortunately this time on the 2nd floor

“Warm welcome received from all. Good food and I’ve never seen Rosie our dog so excited on arrival. Would have been nice a little treat available at breakfast but there was the welcome box for Rosie in the room.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? I took my own dog food and bowl, which she had in the conservatory when we had our breakfast and evening meal

“We loved our stay, all the staff were friendly, helpful, always fresh ice water provided for our dog as it was quite warm. Room was lovely and comfortable,”
