“Excellent food, breakfast amazing, comfortable rooms and we were on the residents garden, so great for late night and early morning comfort breaks. Staff super friendly and helpful. It’s in the middle of nowhere so don’t be caught out by the address!”

“I can certainly say my dog Dougie loved his stay at the white hourse, the staff were so lovely making sure he was very comfortable in his new home for the night, having a cooked breakfast in the morning. The walk was also lovely and room with hot tub didn't disappoint. just a few little things such as no milk for the coffee, also coffee machine didn't seem to work. I also had to enquire about the fizz and nibbles package having to ask for the fizz which was meant to be for arrival and didn't get any nibbles as it was quite layed back customer service. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit more doggie friendly hotels.”

“Lovely cosy pub with rooms in the middle of the countryside. Super dog friendly - we had dinner in the bar area with lots of other couples also staying with their dogs. There is a 4. 5 mile dog walking loop that we went on. The room was well decorated and a nice size - complete with dog bed and bowl. Excellent wine list for a pub. My only criticism would be that the food choices could have been a bit wider”

“Esme had the time of her life, even gaining a nickname during her short stay. From her friendly personal welcome to the continuous treats and brand new bed they had made for her. The decor is fabulous and we were lucky enough to stay on a Thursday night when there was a live band to enjoy over dinner. We had a fabulous stay from start to finish.”
