Stayed here with my little dog. When I checked in the lady asked me my dog's name and made a big fuss of him and whenever another member of staff came past she told them my dog's name which I thought was really nice. The room was really nice and clean. We were at the front of the hotel but noise was not a problem. I ate at the hotel for my evening meals. Choices was really good and food really nice. We were booked in for bed and breakfast. At breakfast there is plenty of choice. You get a buffet style continental then you can order a cooked breakfast from the menu. My dog got a cooked sausage for his breakfast which was a nice treat. I would definitely recommend staying here and would certainly stay here again.

Lovely spacious room on ground floor with our own terrace and views towards the mountains. Two large single zip beds resulted in a super king with comfy pillows and plenty of towels, we even had flannels provided. DF rooms not in the main bloke, not far away but could be issue if wet. Shower over bath was good, only problem was that there was NO water one morning but as soon as staff aware they got it fixed. All very welcoming for ‘pups’ to join you when eating in the front bar. Only issue as is set menu it does get a bit ‘predictable’ pub food if more than two nights

from the very moment we arrived the team were very accommodating and welcoming. We had 3 dogs with us and they were made to feel so welcome, we began our little break instantly knowing we had made the right choice. Thank you for making Dave's birthday so special, we really appreciated it! well done team Groes Inn, we will be back xx

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? PetPyjamas’ website claimed that The Groes Inn had bowls, blankets and biscuits. This is not so. Only Biscuits are provided in the restaurant.
We arrived at The Groes Inn to find no reservation had been booked. Pet Pyjamas didn't send an email confirming our stay or the money we paid through them for our stay. This is unacceptable. Hopefully by now The Groes Inn has received our money from PetPyjamas. Will the general manager of The Groes Inn handled it very well and found us a room. The staff couldn't have been more friendly. Our room was a good size and had amazing views of mountains and sheep grazing. We would thoroughly recommend the Inn.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? We will recommend the Groes Inn to others and would certainly consider staying again if we are in that area.
Two miles out from Conwy and a bit remote but not an issue if one has transport. Very dog friendly and everyone made us most welcome and made a huge fuss of our Shetland Sheepdog Whispa. The Inn is very relaxed, comfortable and the staff were great. Our bedroom was well furnished and the bed was huge. The bedroom was rather too hot for us and there was no way to adjust that apart from opening the window. The breakfast and dinner menus were comprehensive, and the standard of service and food was generally very good. There were a couple of issues with dinner the second evening, but they were resolved to our satisfaction.

Lovely views. Large comfortable bed, delicious food. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Our dog loved it. Never been fussed and pampered so much and what with the treats he didn't want to come home! Thank you.
