“Good place to stay, staff really friendly and welcoming. everywhere clean and tidy both inside and out. only slight downside was the food.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? a chef with better skills and a more efficient room service this hotel could be five star

“Lovely area surounding the hotel, very friendly staff who made us and our dogs most welcome. the down side was the the food!! limited menu and everything dry and over cooked, but the breakfast exceptional. We stayed for three nights and found room service dissapointing, bed was re-made but floor not cleaned and bath towels not changed for the three days nor was fresh drinking water made available after day one. For the cost of accommodation we expected better.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? As above. Grounds very nicely set out.

“Lovely setting, great staff ( especially Nicole on reception),but sub standard “dog “room. Dog friendly but not owner friendly room and the smallest of bathrooms looking tired and in need of an upgrade. Overall very disappointing but was assured that these rooms were the only ones offered through Pets Pyjamas.”

“From the time we checked in to the time we left we felt immediately relaxed. The staff were so helpful and lovely and when we asked to be seated in the corner because of our nervous dog they were always accommodating! Paris especially loved bird watching, boat watching and making friends with the Rabbits!”

“Whilst the hotel is a little tired, this was made up for by the beautiful location and wonderful staff. Eating alfresco on the wonderful terrace with your pooch at your side was simply lovely.”
