“This is a very smart hotel which is incredibly dog friendly. The staff there all made us and our dog feel very special and welcome. Food.is delicious and surroundings are beautiful. Couldn't fault it but without doubt the staff are it's best asset.”

“We had a great time in a favourite venue. As always, a warm welcome from the excellent staff, especially for Missy our 3 year old dog who had the best time walking on the beach and beautiful grounds. Lovely room with a very comfy bed and spotlessly clean of course. The food was gorgeous and the service was outstanding. If I had to suggest anything to improve, my only suggestion would be the coffee at breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.”

“Beautiful Hotel in lovely gardens and quirky artefacts throughout. Very dog friendly, and garden cottages are ideal. Liked-friendly Staff Views Food and service Not so keen on local beach- lot of smelly seaweed Very narrow lanes to access the hotel In Summary- impressive well run hotel with great food well worth a visit”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Talland Bay. The views from the front of the hotel are amazing and on a sunny morning, breakfast on the patio, looking out towards the bay are wonderfull. The garden cottage had plenty of room and was well kitted out, the food was excellent and most important, the staff were the most dog friendly team we have come across and really treated our pooch as a special guest. Would definitely recommend.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Usually our little Jack Russell is really stressed when we’re away but this accommodation was perfect for him to feel at home. He loved the treats and the blanket and bowls that were provided and we loved that he could either come to the restaurant (conservatory) with us or stay in the room

“Such a beautiful location and amazing hotel. The staff were fabulous and so was the accommodation and food. The coastal path is a stones throw from the place and we thoroughly enjoyed the walks.”

“We had a 5 night stay at this beautiful hotel celebrating our birthdays. This was indeed a special treat with friendly and efficient staff making the stay perfect, helped of course by the beautiful setting accomodation and good food”

“We stayed for two nights at the Talland Bay and had a 1 bed cottage so that we could have our own front door which is especially good when you have dogs with you. a great welcome and our pups appreciated the dog towels and treats waiting for them. We ate in the conservatory with our boys for which the food quality was quite unexpected - very good quality fine dining. The dogs also enjoyed their bowl of chicken for dinner too. They also had a sausage at breakfast which was very exciting for them! We had such a lovely stay and walked to Looe over the coast path and came back through the lanes. We will definitely return!”
