“The moment we arrived at Pale Hall, we knew we had made the right choice. We were immediately met by 2 staff, who took our luggage from the boot. Taken into reception and offered drinks. The dog was given cuddles by every member of staff who walked passed. Beautiful room, dog treats, the most amazing food and staff who were very friendly, but totally professional. A difficult mix to get right.”
