Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Lovely restaurant, and the room was clean and had everything that you would require. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the Heath Spa facilities, as we were too busy exploring!

“Lady and Albie loved their short stay at Polurrian on The Lizard, not only is the hotel situated in a stunning location, with amazing walks and beaches on its doorstep, they also had a doggie welcome bag, complete with Schmakos, (much to their delight!), a blanket and food/water bowls, and they were also made welcome in the big bar-dining area during meal times. Their humans had a good time too! We would definitely recommend, and would love to visit again!”

“We came here with my family using pet pajamas. There’s a slight misunderstanding with the Dinner bed & breakfast package. Apparently the Hotel only offers £27 per head on adults during dinner & my kids had to pay. We always used to being not to worry about costs of kids as the hotels we’ve stayed in the last covers 3 course meal for adults & kids when we pay Accommodation with bfast & dinner. Pet Pajamas was very good communicating with us and refunded us £100 which didn’t really cover all the remaining dinner bills each night but knowing they’ve done their best was appreciated. The Hotel during check out on the other hand waved the meal costs charged of all our dinner so we’ve only paid alcohol/drinks & service charge. In total WOW what a customer service! The Hotel said when pet Pajamas did something it’s only fair they do something as well to improved the situation.Thank you. But wow this hotel, clean, fabulous, best view, amazing staff! Shout out to Chef Aaron who from first night made our evening so lovely & memorable with the BBq by the sunset dinner & even checked on us on our last night WOW amazing!! The, waitress Lyn and the waiter Caven (I don’t know the correct name but he’s tall skinny with long curly hair) & the restaurant manager I didn’t get her name. They always serve with a smile and made us feel so welcome. Food is amazing specially the dinner!! All in all I highly recommend and thank you our dogs were so happy too!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“We had a lovely stay here, our little dog loved it too. The staff were fantastic and it was very comfortable, the food was good and we treated ourselves to a spa treatment which was very good. There is a beach a short walk away from the hotel and it’s on a coastal walk. It’s also not far from shops including a good pet shop.”

“From start to finish and from everyone we met, we (mainly Brody) could not have been made more welcome. Great location for dog walking, small cove for off lead beach runs, directly out on to the South West Coast Path. Dogs truely welcomed everywhere including dinner- even offered a dog bowl whilst we ate.”

“The hotel is stunning, couldn't fault it. From the rooms to the food, and then the views! Plenty of great walks around it and beautiful beaches, just make sure you have proper footwear. The hotel had left dog bowls and treats in the room as well as a blanket.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? My only comment would be to check your bill fully before leaving the hotel. We were charged for a bottle of wine we didn’t have and whilst we booked dinner bed and breakfast we didn’t realise this didn’t include our daughter so we needed up having to pay

“What a fantastic place to visit. The location is exceptional. Having coffee whilst looking out at the sea was just what I needed. The staff were professionally personable and thought of everything without you having to ask. The hospitality is exceptional. All staff were incredible. It seems there is a new team over this past year and I must admit this is the best stay we have had here. The walks start from the front door of the hotel and you can do as little or as much as you like. The room was just perfect for our needs. A beautiful sea view with separate room for our teenager!! The tennis court and play area was an absolute bonus. We didn’t use the spa or swimming so Cant comment on those this time. We had a little doggie bag in the room with Pooh bags, treats, dog bowl and blanket.”
