Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Very impressed with the DBB deal, the £70 for dinner was very good value looking at the prices on the menu! It would have been useful to get a breakdown of any restrictions or what was included though.
Many hotels and restaurants state that they are dog friendly whereas they are just dog tolerant. New Park Manor Hotel actually love dogs! If your dog was a bit braver than ours, they can stay with the receptionist whilst you have dinner or use the (lovely) spa facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is of a high standard and delicious. (the cheese souffle starter was lush!) I popped to the spa area (leaving Lockey with his dad!) the pool is warm and big enough to swim a few lengths, and the steam room is very relaxing Everything in the hotel was clean. Our room was big and looked newly decorated, with a Nespresso coffee machine, only a couple of issues I would mention, the shower cubicle could do with a bit of mould cleaner in the corners, the water didn't get hot enough to have a long soak in the big bath, and the terrace could do with a bit of TLC.

This was a beautiful hotel and lovely spa although the food at the hotel restaurant wasn't amazing - I had a burnt garden burger and was told that was how they have to cook it, ended up paying £15 for burnt food.

My partner and I and our pug, Saucy enjoyed a wonderful stay in the New Park Manor Hotel enabling us to spend an early Christmas with my son and his wife who live in the area. The hotel was perfect and catered for us and our four-legged friend admirably. The staff were kind and attended to our every need. The food was excellent. Hearty breakfasts set us up for the day and walks in the New Forest. Dinner in the restaurant catered for the four of us and our diverse requirements. Saucy liked the bedroom and his dog bed and loved rummaging in the fallen leaves and "admiring" the wildlife of the forest.

Everything was better than we could have hoped for in a dog friendly hotel. From the minute we walked in everyone was welcoming and loved our dogs and treated them as I’d thru were as important as their owners. Dog friendly often means tolerant - not here - they made us all feel equally important and our dogs went ever yet here with us at the hotel (with the exception of the spa and the breakfast room). Really enjoyed our stay.

It’s sad that there are no facilities for disabled, no lift. It basically spoilt our holiday! It’s a beautiful place for children and dogs! No information about the above on the website. This was our family honeymoon.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? We loved the dog treats, dog bowls and dog bed in our room. Such a great touch.
We had a lovely stay here with 2 kids (11 & 14) plus our 1 year old dog. This is our second visit, but the first with a dog. The hotel is incredibly relaxed and informal, with a home from home feeling. We wandered around in slippers, walked to the spa in bathrobes and the dog joined us for dinner. It’s that kind of chilled. The hotel, and some of the rooms have a shabby chic style so in many ways it feels very grand and stylish, and in other ways, a little bit dated and in need of tlc. It would be almost impossible to achieve the relaxed and easy-going atmosphere it does, with young kids and dogs wandering around, and also to expect a spotless and perfect finish. Staff were warm, helpful and kind, and made a fuss of our pup, even fetching him a bowl of water when he looked thirsty, and finding us a good table to sit at for meals, with the dog. Breakfast and dinner service was often a bit slow. I put this down to a reduced team/staff shortages. We often had to find waiting staff and ask for them to take our orders, and often had to remind them for drinks or chase something that was delayed or missing. Having said that, it’s a laid back hotel. If you want to relax and enjoy a slower pace of life in a lovely hotel with a non-judgmental, chilled atmosphere, this is absolutely the place to stay. The spa treatments are also top class and the walks from the hotel are fantastic. Our dog loved exploring the grounds and also enjoyed the walks to both Brockenhurst and Lyndhurst. However, if you want super quick service, or have older kids like us, it might be worth exploring a hotel with more attentive staff, and more on offer for teens. We’ve also enjoyed the Ickworth which had a better games room for older kids, a less crowded pool and great bike hire.
