“From the moment we checked in we were looked after by the friendly staff the whole time. And the dogs were treated like royalty. Amazing food, beautiful rooms and lovely spa. We can’t wait to go back.”

“Amazing three night stay with our 11 month old and large dog! We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was beautiful and was so spacious! The staff go above and beyond to make you all feel welcome, the hotel and spa are newly renovated and are immaculate, and everything for travelling with a dog and baby has been thought of! We usually pack all our own things for our baby even if hotels say they provide cots / high chairs / bibs etc as we’ve had some pretty awful experiences of disgusting dirty cots and raggedy old books with pages jammed together with snot but honestly you don’t need to pack anything to stay here! I have no idea how the staff keep the restaurants and high chairs so clean with the volume of extremely messy babies but they do!! The two hours free crèche per day was awesome, we got some adult time in the spa, and they called us if our daughter was unsettled as we’d never left her before and I’d prefer to just go and collect her if she wasn’t enjoying herself which allowed us to relax when she was there knowing she must be having a good time! Under 2s eat for free and so we would have a drink while our daughter ate home cooked food at 5pm, then we’d put her to bed and come back down for our dinner in the adults only restaurant with the baby monitor provided by the hotel! It was great! All in all I’d recommend without hesitation for anyone travelling with a baby / young children and their dogs!”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? It was a little pricey for the size of the room but we were there peak season and booked at the last minute.

“Lovely location with walking in the forest direct from the hotel. Very friendly and efficient staff who were helpful and positive toward the dog. Room was a little small but we were not in it a great deal. Grounds were secure and dog able to come into the restaurant with us.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? For three nights only breakfast included, my stay was slightly expensive.

“The Hotel stay was good, quite busy with family and children. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use all the facilities. I the Hotel and rooms were generally clean but in need of a good dusting.”

“We stayed at New Park Manor Hotel for 3 nights... myself, hubby and our trusty pooch. We've stayed in a fair few dog-friendly hotels but none quite so welcoming as this one. From the warm welcome when we arrived to the cheery 'come back soon' as we left, everything was fabulous. Dog-towels & treats await in the lobby and a lovely comfy dog bed with bowls and a bag of treats was in the room ready for our arrival. It was lovely to be able to dine with our dog in a nice restaurant area, unlike many hotels where you are required to eat in the bar. Whilst were talking about food... we ate in the lounge restaurant each night and the food was top notch. The hotel itself is very comfortable and full of character (our room, The King Charles II, was delightfully 'wonky'). We will definitely be returning after the hotel has its refurbishment next year.”

“Location good, room very small, extractor fan to bathroom inadequate. Lack of table/flat surfaces (comensurate to size of room), Food excellent staff very pleasant,”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Package that we booked was good value, the only negative observation was the cost of a standard bottle of wine was £50/ £10 for a small glass!

“Staff were very helpful, location was ideal for walks with our lurcher, Zola.Food was delicious and Zola had his meals with us. We were given a free upgrade on our room on arrival and Zola had his own comfy bed in our room. The staff were happy to look after him whilst we had a spa. Would thoroughly recommend this for a short break with your dog!”

“We had a lovely few days at this pleasant hotel in the New Forest with Lola our Yorkie. Despite Lola not being the friendliest doggy guest the staff were always kind and forgiving! They couldn’t have done more to make our stay so enjoyable”
