Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? The hotel was in a great location and the bar area was good. Just a bit disappointing overall.

“The room we stayed in was a bit shabby e.g. an electrically operated curtain system that didn’t work and a curtain rail positioned at a notably off angle. The streaky bacon at breakfast was not adequately cooked and service of replenishing breakfast buffet items was not monitored. Finished plates were not removed promptly.”

“Fab room, plenty of space for us and our largish dog and conveniently on the ground floor. Very dog friendly inn with a lovely welcome pack for him. Customer service is great. We will be back.”

“The room we had was very large and comfortable including the en-suite. However the daily clean was not so good, glasses left on side table and the tea etc was not replaced. Also the room was much to dark. The location was good. Had to come home early through illness but no refund available. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.”

“Very welcoming, friendly staff, fantastic location, lovely room and great food. Parking on Green was tricky as it was carnival week but usually got somewhere okay. The long-stay car park costs £8.50 for 24 hours which we had to use one night.”

“We had an amazing time. Friendly staff and dogs very welcome. Leo had a very comfortable bed and treats provided. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were very good. Perfectly located for a long walk on a vast dog friendly beach. Thank you.”

“Very welcoming place with dog beds & dog treats provided that we didn’t expect Our room was on the first floor & was pretty quiet without much passing noise, and there was no real noise after 11pm as no noisy bars around. Ideal for a quieter stay. Only downside is that there was only one small window which didn’t let much air in so the room became very warm even with the fan on. Would have been unbearable if the weather was over 21 degrees. Breakfast was really tasty, think we tried most options. Bar staff were super friendly and efficient. Other staff were also very nice.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? No photos of Arch House on system it is not near the Globe Inn The Globe inn is lovely Not a Best room that we thought we had booked. We were charged for a child at breakfast, my child is 50 and didn’t come with us

“Be careful with your booking. After reviewing the globe inn and boutique type bedrooms. We booked via pets in pyjamas for bed and breakfast. We were allocated a room in Arch House which was a ten minute walk away from the Globe with the dog, for breakfast. The room was inappropriate up a very steep staircase, the en-suite up another steep staircase, no mention of that. We traversed the stairs in relay dad, dog, then me holding his lead would have ended in an accident. Got another room, it was small dark and dirty, painted white. We had to ask for the promised dog bed as nowhere to be seen. The Globe staff pleasant food was very good. We came home early. Very disappointed”
