“Only chritism was the long wait in the restaurant and our room although excellent was over some kind of fan which was very noisy during the day.”

“We had a lovely time in Conwy which is a very interesting little town built inside the old castle walls. The hotel was interesting and the staff very nice but our room was very hot and very noisy in the mornings with deliveries, road works etc outside our bedroom windows! They were very good with our dog and attentive but not sure if we would stay there again. The breakfast was lacking and not much choice of buffet and the amount of food on offer was small. I think this hotel was once very good but in the bar, lounge the furniture had seen better days and money needs to be spent on refurbishment.”

“Beautiful room that had enough space for us, our grandson and our two dogs. Street is noisy in the evening but it is central Conwy which has great advantages. Staff always happy and helpful. Could do better at breakfast. Ran out of a few things and although the cooked breakfast was plentiful, it was budget ingredients and overcooked eggs (which were rectified on request the next day). But be assured of a lovely stay in a beautiful building.”

“Fabulous stay staff were lovely food fantastic the only down fall was I was on the second floor with no lift which was a bit difficult with two Alderley dogs to go out for a wee before bed that was all other than than great stay , I really needed ground floor access to outside in the future but fab hotel and staff”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Booking with pets pyjamas was so easy and you do get little extras

“Perfect from start to finish. Location was amazing right in town centre and minutes from the coastal path which leads to a nature walk perfect for your four legged friend. The room we stayed in had been recently renovated and the details and little extras you get had really been thought about. We had a two night stay which included dinner on one night and breakfast both mornings. Food was high standard however service a little slow as we were seated in the bar with our dog and waiters seemed to be in the main restaurant. However that is a very small moan, if your looking for a top place to stay right in the heart of Conwy choose the castle hotel.”

“Made welcome at check in including Candy our dog. Good food and location for visits to Anglesey and Snowdonia. Downside a total failure of plumbing/heating for 12 hours plus throughout hotel with consequent complications.”

“Lovely hotel! Rooms very comfortable. Superb breakfast and we also enjoyed a lovely meal in the evening. Car parking was also a bonus. Very dog friendly.”

“Very good and comfortable hotel. The room was a good size with a modern bathroom. My only criticism was that our room was a long way from the exit. We, therefore, had to walk the length of the hotel including 2 sets of stairs each time we needed to take the dog out for a wee on the section of grass beside the car park. This was a particular nuisance last thing at night.”
