“The Castle Hotel in Conwy exceeded our expectations. Classic, luxurious en-suite bedroom. Nespresso coffee machine and tea making facilities, bottled water and biscuits (for the humans). Nelson (the doggy guest) was supplied with a bed, water bowl and biscuits (poo bags too, but we won’t mention them). Choice of breakfast - continental or cooked, both if you can manage it, with a lovely sausage for our four legged friend. The staff are attentive and very helpful. The evening menu is varied and we could not fault the meals we had. In all a very comfortable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Castle”

“Staff are all very friendly and Reception staff able to answer and sort any queries. Room very cosy with big comfy bed and good en suite facilities. Only drawback is the street noise early morning due to delivery vans. Good tasty food and nice for our dog to join us at mealtimes. Our waitresses- Hermione & Daniella both very friendly and helpful. Central location so easy to walk to castle and park as well as round town and along the Marina.”

“We stayed at the Castle on a Friday evening and were really impressed. There are two car parks for the hotel which was appreciated. The building is gorgeous and tastefully done inside. Our room was on the 2nd floor and was a good size and with fab decor. The bathroom was modern and clean and there were some essentials provided for our stay - for us and our dog! We ate in the bar which had a lovely atmosphere and there was an excellent choice of food and drink. Our meal was delicious and our waitress was fantastic too. Great breakfast the next morning after a good night's sleep.”

“Had a wonderful 2-night stay. The hotel was really nice. The room had everything we needed and more. Our dog Pippa had a bed waiting for her as well as a ball, a bowl a treat and some poop bags. The food in the hotel was superb - would highly recommend eating here.”
