Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? This is a very convenient hotel near motorways and Bristol but it is not a particularly doggy hotel.

“This was not the particularly dog-friendly hotel I had expected. Bed nor bowl were in the room so I had to ask for them. They then duly arrived but she never got the treats that were on the list. There was nowhere safe to let her off the lead for a bit of exercise, although the write up had said there was a dog exercise area. On the plus side the staff were very friendly.”

“Very friendly team, especialy Donna (I think!) in the bar who welcomed us and our two miniature dachshunds. This was our first trip with the boys and everything was brilliant. They were greeted in the bar with a sausage, Donne set us up a table for us, the boys and our guests who behaved incredibly well ( unexpectedly as they are rescues with issues!). The room was great ( although the dog beds and bathrobes were forgotten...they sorted that out immediately). The area was great for walks too. Breakfast again was perfect - they set us up in the bar nearby and the food was delicious. My only issue was the AC - the instructions were poor and when they came to demonstrate it, it didn't really cool the room much. We managed to try the pool which was lovely and not too busy. All in all, a great stay and a very pet friendly hotel.”

“My husband and I plus our dog binky recently spent couple of nights at Aztec hotel when we arrived our room was not ready although checking was 3pm and we were sent away till they phoned sometime later . Our room was clean but very shabby ripped sofa . Bathroom very dated with shower curtain and really needs replacing considering the price of the room it was very poor. The reception staff not at all helpful. The positive of our stay was excellent food and service from staff especially Conner who couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. Also a big plus for housekeeping staff and the young lady who brought us breakfast each morning a big thank you .”

“Well furnished, excellent dog friendly staff, amazing meals (plus sausages for our dog) & wonderful spa treatment and facilities. It is set in a business park, which initially surprised us, but it works! There are dog walks nearby, there are shops within walking distance if needed and there wasn’t as much traffic noise too (weekend experience).”

“Very welcoming. Great to have a dog bed and bowls in room. Bar was dog friendly and food very good . Staff super helpful and pool and gym good.”
