However, we went to the hotel for breakfast on the last day and was met with a very rude man in the bar who was not acco
We arrived at 3 Porthminster Mews on 6th August - beautiful views of the beach and the apartment itself is much smaller than the photos portrayed but sufficient for a family of four. The car parking is very tight, and is positioned on a very busy road, so quite noisy and a little unsafe with a narrow path to walk on with a dog. I had specifically asked Pets Pyjamas for accommodation within walking distance to a nice beach. We were incredibly disappointed to find that the beach near us did not allow dogs during the day. The nearest dog friendly beach was about 25 minutes walk away and was extremely small and packed with dogs and their owners. The tide came in around lunch time which meant you could only stay until just after lunch. I contacted Customer Service but all I received was a link to dog friendly beaches - which was out of date and did not help us at all. I arranged holiday though Pets Pyjamas because it promotes 'the perfect dog friendly holiday'. Very disappointed and would not book through this company again.
