Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? As the heatwave was on the room could have done with a fan, but 30 degrees in September is exceptional.

“We wished we had been able to stay longer. The food was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was charming very clean. Bertie very much appreciated his breakfast sausage. We would stay again.”

“We only stayed one night which is a shame. The location is excellent with rolling fields and plenty of outdoor seating. We had a table away from the main restaurant which was good for our dog. He loved his chew from the bar and also the dog biscuits from the staff. Our food was served quickly and was very good. The bedroom was very quiet. We had a great stay.”

“We stayed one night on our way down to Cornwall and another on our way back. It is such a friendly place to stay. Our dog was made so welcome. They all had understanding of him barking at other dogs as he has been confined during the pandemic and lost his big brother. Every morning he was welcomed by a friendly young lady. She brought him a sausage on a plate. He remembered her on the way back. Our food was wonderful and breakfast was more than we could eat. Amazing. Thank you all especially the sausage lady.”

“We have stayed at Hadley Bowling Green Inn twice just recently. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Our dog was received with friendliness, kindness and tolerance at all times. He was very grateful to the young lady who brought him his sausage for breakfast. We had a Sunday Lunch on one occasion. It was blooming marvellous. Thank you all”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? I didn’t really appreciate having to have supper at 5.45pm. Don’t know whether this was just on a Sunday.

“Very dog friendly. The food was exceptional, as was the service from the staff. Would certainly return and recommend to anyone. It is a delightful beautiful old Inn. What more can you say.”
