“The Beckford Inn a very nice place that allows dogs to stay. The room spacious and comfortable with lovely treats. There was a field close by to take dogs for a walk and run around. My daughter and I stayed two nights and the breakfasts served were good. The service and requested items for our breakfast was slow or unfulfilled, especially when you have two impatient dogs. All in all a very pleasant stay.”

“Had a 1 night stay at The Beckford Inn with our 2 dogs. We couldn't have been made more welcome. A charming hotel with very friendly people. The room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. Treats and dog wash were provided in the room along with complimentary prosecco, lager,bottled water , tea, coffee , hot chocolate and shortbread biscuits. The dining areas were equally friendly and the staff worked very hard to make sure both owners and dogs were happy. We booked for evening meal in advance and found the food excellent and very reasonable. Breakfast was included and was equally as good. There are excellent dog walks down country paths and through fields and the lovely village itself is only a short 10 min walk away. We would definitely stay here again.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? The room was quite warm so the air con machine was v welcome!

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Despite arriving during a crisis (the cellar was flooded!) the manager Pedro was super calm and recommended a lovely pub nearby for food whilst they got sorted. The room was small but fine for two of us and one doggo, and lovely touch with the complimentary beer and Prosecco in the mini bar. Our pooch was made to feel very welcome with regular treats from Pedro every time she arrived and we were able to enjoy breakfast, meals and drinks in the restaurant, which were all delicious. Tea and coffee facilities in the room with homemade shortbread - perfect. Also highly recommend the Sunday roasts! Perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds and plenty of outside space for our dog to run around. Would recommend!”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Just a couple of points, some shelving in the bathroom, a toilet seat that fits and a light by the makeup mirror. As a lady that wears makeup, it is too dark in the area where the desk is. Maybe some secondary glazing to help with the road noise, but it would not stop us staying again.

“We had a superb room and a wonderful stay. We enjoyed it so much, we will definitely return. The only downside was the awful weather, but that is typically English weather for you. The staff were wonderful and the room absolutely spotless. We couldn’t have asked for more.”

“We had a lovely time at the Beckford Inn for New Year. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly. The team is well led by Manager Barry and Pedro in particular went out of his way to make our and our Dog's stay, very comfortable. I can also recommend the food - the normal menu was both interesting and delicious as was breakfast. The meal on New Year was also delicious, and the Murder Mystery event great fun. One note was that there wasn't a dog bed provided - not a major issue for us, but we were advised that they only have a limited number, so worth bringing your dog's own bed. Nevertheless, we would highly recommend The Beckford Inn and will be returning.”

“Checking was seemless … checked in online … when arrived was Welcomed by Pedro .. made us feel very welcome .. very attentive showed us round explained everything them at we would need … very accommodating for our Dog .. in the room were treats shampoo blankets .. complinary beer & Prosecco in fridge in room … Pedro couldn't do enough for us … room was very spacious.. bed was very comfortable… plenty of space to walk dog in field on car park .. stayed 2 nights ..reserved table for evening meal were waited on hand & foot .. cracking beer choice … would throughly recommend staying here … 5 star”
