All the staff made our dog and children feel very welcome, it was a fabulous stay and so welcoming for all the family! At dinner, one of the Chef's went past and asked if our dog would like some chicken and then went to cook some fresh and bought it back for him. Highly recommend for staying with a dog.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Nothing organised anywhere for our dogs.
We stayed at De Vere Beaumont for one night with our 2 dogs. Reception was probably the most unfriendly and most uninformative I have ever experienced. No information about where you could eat with the dogs (didn't even acknowledge that we had dogs to be honest) or where you could exercise them. For front of house, the first people you see, these staff were very poor and unfriendly. However the staff in the restaurant were fantastic and gave us loads of info about food and exercise areas. You could eat outside of the restaurant with the dogs. The food was very good and the room very large with a massive bed. The shower was also excellent. Overall the hotel was excellent, but the reception staff make it only 3 stars from me.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? The breakfast was really lovely as was the one evening meal we had there.
The room was lovely but the mattress on the sofa bed was too thin & the springs could be be felt by the children. For what we paid for the room a thicker mattress should have been available.

No staff. Fully booked restaurant. Chaos. First day trainee millennials behind the bar didn’t know how to bill to the room…or how to make coffee. They didn’t know what afternoon tea was, only to find it on the system but that they weren’t doing afternoon tea. A country hotel with no cream teas? Could eventually only eat cheesecake in the school yard. Had to do a click and collect on Saturday night dinner but we’re not allowed to eat in the bar. Ridiculous. They tried to blame it on the agent. This hotel suffers from poor management in that it has cornered the conference market at the expense of the hotel being a hotel. Some beautiful architecture is ignored in the experience of this place with over emphasis on the poorly designed room blocks which were no better than a holiday inn. Our room actually looked over the car park without a blind so everyone could see in. The assets of the building (the old parts)have been homogenised with no access to the terraces where guests ‘could’ enjoy the view of the grounds. A great shame. Poorly designed as if the set designer from Emmerdale came in and threw up 50 shades of beige and unauthentic styling details. Everything was fake. Do not trust that you can eat in the orangery with your doggie. This is a tent attached to a bungalow passed off as a breakfast room. At times it was like staying at Heathrow airport. Thank god is only for one night. And check your bill. Windsor however was lovely. We did some checks around town and ‘The Cristopher’ looks like a better bet on the Eaton side of the river. PP! Get this on your books and take Beaumont off! Also book into the Boatman Pub for a great Sunday Lunch.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Great help from Pets Pyjamas in selecting this hotel.
A really nice welcome to a large hotel. Stayed with two spaniels who were each provided with a bed, bowl and treat on entering the room. Truly fantastic areas to except use them near the room. My wife, teenage daughter and I also had a great time leaving the dogs safely in the room to enjoy the two restaurants the hotel had. Highly recommended particularly the 49 minute walk to Great Windsor Park ( check out the dog friendly Fox and Hounds pub near the entrance)

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in one of the Academy rooms (022) last room at the end of the corridor leading out to the beautiful lawn. Without a doubt a beautiful hotel and area to stay. The room was great. The outside area was just fantastic for our Jack Russell to run around of the lead. The weather was really really warm which we loved but the dog would have preferred it a bit cooler. The courtyard bar behind the reception was a really nice place for us to have a drink before dinner. We took our dog along with us and was great for him too. I cannot fault any part of this hotel . It was just a fantastic stay and Vinnie loved the freedom he got. I will without doubt be booking this hotel again. One thing I forgot to mention was the breakfast was included in the price and it was a good hearty breakfast as well, setting you up for the day.

The estate is lovely and it was great to be able to have somewhere to walk my dog first thing in the morning and last thing at night in a safe environment. However the room itself would have been far too small if you had anything bigger than a Jack Russell. There was nowhere for the human to sit - apart from on the bed - and it lacked all the niceties you would expect for the price paid i.e. bottle of water, small packet of biscuits and a small fridge in which to put the dog food (let alone any drinks or snacks). I was told there was an outside patio where I could eat breakfast and the dog was able to sit with me but being a single traveller I had no-one to hold onto her while I queued (it was busy) for breakfast and nowhere to tie her up (which I would not have done anyway). Of course I could have left her in the room but that would have defeated the object. They need to think this through. Apart from being able to take her to the hotel there were no dog friendly facilities and I wouldn't go again. The staff, by the way, were lovely and welcoming but only a two star and one paw review from me.
