What can I say about this amazing place! We arrived to a busy hotel booking in was very easy. Very polite Reception staff. Wonderful planned out place. We were on the ground floor with a door that opened into a decking area for easy access to let the dogs out. The room was spacious it was my partners 60th so a card x two small miniature bottles of gin & mixers, popcorn & a key- ring was left. The room had Penhaligan shower gel / shampoo / hand wash amazing! This is a well thought out hotel. We are in The Boathouse Restaurant around 7.15pm it was packed we was seated in the back end of the bar area it was ok but we did feel a bit left out.. the food was amazing we both chose the hanger steak we then went into the other bar area & had an amazing cocktail dogs are allowed in that area to. Breakfast was amazing so much to choose to eat & all 10/10 - We was then allowed an hour free to use the Hydrotherapy Pool we really ended off our delightful stay. I would throughly recommend this fabulous hotel. We would love to return in the summer. Well Done to all staff.

Pets Pyjamas were superb at organising our one night stay with our 2 dogs. The hotel was modern and the room was very nice with a lakeside view. Dogs were allowed everywhere apart from the main restaurant but you can have your breakfast in a nice area near reception. Good value for money.

Lovely accommodation and pet bed for dog in room. Only fault I would have is there was no breakfast set up in bar for people with dogs. We have to get iur breakfast and sit in bar which is ok but cutlery and coffee mugs set out on a few tables in bar for breakfast would help. Staff all friendly and plenty of room to walk the dog. Would def stay again

Hotel was really nice, in a lovely setting, great for walking the dogs. Service was excellent, food lovely, we had a wonderful weekend celebrating my 60th and my daughter's 18th birthdays with all our family.

Lovely hotel on beautiful grounds. Ideal for those who enjoy walking. I was pleasantly surprised by my room especially as this was a dog friendly room. Room was light airy and clean. Beautiful grounds for exploring. My dog loved this! Great amenities on the grounds including a hideaway bar and pizza place which served delicious food. Great vibe at the bar/pizza area. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely, nice relaxed atmosphere. I couldn’t fault my stay and will definitely return again.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Staff were friendly but hotel rooms need upgrading
Had a 2 night stop over at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park hotel with our pooch, although we had a ground floor room with doors onto a decking area it was quite a way from the hotel reception & restaurant. Room was quite basic & the bathroom needed upgrading. The view was lovely overlooking the water but dogs aren’t allowed on the decking which kinda negates being able to sit & relax to take in the view. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant either but could be with you in the bar area & I had to fetch all our breakfast items to the bar area for us to have food with our dog. The Boat House wasn’t value for money & quite a limited menu, if you have a dog you are in a little area tucked away in a corner near the toilets far away from any of the water views which made us feel like 2nd class citizens just because we have a little pooch in toe. That said the staff are friendly & tentative towards our dog.
