“First time away at Christmas it was lovely such a comfy bed room so clean breakfast spot on my dog also had a lovely stay definitely booking for this Christmas”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Hotels in the Southern end of Cotswolds meaning you need to drive everywhere.

“Caters well for dogs, although no bowls or bed as stated, good job we took our own, Pets pyjamas couldn’t be bothered to answer an email .”

“Lovely lakeside location. Great size room, it was however an accessible room so unsure how sizeable other rooms are. Onsite pub which is dog friendly and lounge bar opposite reception also dog friendly. Restaurant is not, but you can collect breakfast from their and eat in lounge bar. Dog bed and bowl in room and free dog treats in reception.”

“The hotel looks good and our room was ready on arrival. The size of the room and its facilities does not suit two adults with two medium size dogs. There was only one dog bed and bowl and it took three requests to get the additional bed and bowl. There was a cobweb hanging from a light fitting and it was still there four days later. The bathroom could have done with a deep clean and not at 3:30-4pm each day which is when our room (119) was cleaned. To be fair, the breakfasts were extensive and our meals at The Boatyard were quickly served and extremely good.”

“We visited the hotel for the weekend of 3/11/23 Received a warm welcome the hotel is very well presented and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was of a high standard we had a love view over looking the lake. Our dog was made to feel very welcome and got loads of attention, they also provide a dog bed towel bowl and mat for your dog sadly our dog is very big and the largest bed was still to small, so maybe for bigger dogs a large dog pillow bed would be better. There are Great Lake walks for you and your fluffy companion. The food and service we could not fault a great wkend all round Thankyou all Jo grant”
