“Just finished 4 nights here, room was lovely and big enough for the dog crate. Staff very friendly, food was great, and the facilities wer brilliant especially the groom room. Bertie was made very welcome, and a great location for getting out and the beach below was dog friendly. Would definitely go again.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? No information on parking before we arrived, which was disappointing. We therefore paid for parking, before then being offered parking tickets when we checked in

“We spent a very enjoyable week at the unique Bike & Boot Inn in Scarborough. We loved the decor in our room, the restaurant and the spacious lounge areas which were so peaceful and relaxing. The staff were, without, exception, friendly, polite and very helpful. They were well trained and really took an interest in the their guests and were openly proud of their hotel. Woody, our dog just loved it and the proximity to the beach was so handy for his morning swim...there was also a fully equipped "wet" room for the dog for drying and washing etc It is indeed a dog friendly place and I will certainly be recommending it to friends and family. This is also a very cycle friendly hotel with facilities specifically for cyclists that I have never seen in any other hotel, a real must for a cycling holiday visit. The whole place has a very comfortable feeling I will certainly be going back. Thank you Bike & Boot ......”

“The bike & boot was everything we where looking for.. Brilliant location a short stroll from the beach where our Nutmeg (16 month fox red Labrador) had the best time.. the food was very good and reasonably priced.. we will definitely be going back.”

“Had a great time at the Bike and Boot. Was happy to experience that they had vegan milk available for breakfast and a lovely variety. Staff were very friendly, kind and helpful!”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? The photos show Milly with her Bike and Boot toy, the hotel from outside and the nearest beach.

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Bike and Boot hotel. The room was compact but had everything a human could possibly want including a coffee machine and an excellent invigorating shower. Meals in the restaurant were delicious, a little bit different and very flavoursome. The free cake and coffee in the Retreat was to die for but best of all was the warm, inclusive atmosphere. Dogs were not only welcome but warmly embraced. From the toy on arrival to the bathing/grooming facilities everything was provided to make both human and dog feel comfortable and at home. Although the main beach in Scarborough does not allow dogs during the Summer months the beach to the South of the hotel, only a lick away, is open for dogs. The staff were friendly and efficient at the Bike and Boot and we really enjoyed our stay.”
