“Lovely staff and an amazing dinner. Rooms are a little tired, with fraying towels and mattresses in dire need of updating. Service was on point and the food was 5 star. However, the spa is more of access to leisure centre than a relaxing spa.”

“Very nice hotel and Amazing Food both for dinner and breakfast, Room a little lacking as even though we had a Superior / Deluxe room had NO DRESSING GOWNS , NO BATH AND NO MINI BAR / FRIDGE but still enjoyed our stay.”

“Loverly hotel. Very friendly staff, extremely dog friendly. The room was nice and large with dog beds and bowls for water Had to eat in the bar but that’s not unusual. Would stay again.”

“Firstly, let me say the organisation of Pets Pyjamas is first rate, quick efficient the stay was good value. However, the hotel was very disappointing. The room had dog facilities, a bed and a bowl, a nice touch although we took our own. The reception staff were welcoming, but in reality, the only place apart from outside we could be with the dog was the bar. The 'spa' facilities were in a completely different building which we couldn't take the dog in, and we wouldn't leave him in a room on his own. The choice of food in the bar was limited, so we ended up eating in our room and the food was average. For the hotel of this class we were shocked though to find our bath towels had holes in them! I have uploaded pictures. Added to this some machinery we don't know what, came on at least three times during the night disturbing what we hoped to be a relaxing night away! To make matters worse we had to have breakfast in the bar and the server when we asked her to change a cracked mug, said she was scared of dogs! Would use Pets PJs again but not this hotel.”

“We had a lovely welcome on arrival and our whole stay continued in the same vein. The room was so spacious and tastefully decorated. Every staff member was really helpful and we had a wonderful experience.”

“A bit of ups and downs... Unfortunately, not the best nights sleep I had. The bed consists of two single once connected together so if you like to cuddle your partner before falling asleep, that might be quite unconfortable. Once I've finally fell asleep (which might be around 2-3 in the morning after group of people in the room above us stopped partying), I was awaken by a loud noise coming from the ventilation. It was middle of the night at it genuenly sound like someone is trying to break through to our room with a hammer... And then our dog started barking... :) (my partner on the other had, slept like a baby. So I reckon everything depends you're a light sleeper or not.) Saying all that, front of house staff working in the bar/restaurant area are extremely helpful. Going above and beyond, engaging and all together made us and our doggo feel really really welcome. Would give it another chance mostly because of them.”
