Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? They need to Improve because believe me we were not the only people not happy with this Hotel
Sorry, But we were not over impressed with this Hotel/Inn, Firstly, Great location, & Breakfast was very Good, But the main meals not great at all, The room we were given was in the annex away from the main Hotel and the room was small with no doors on the wardrobe or bedside cabinats, shower very small, The Car park was not big enough for everyone and we had to park over the road in a municipal car park which was free after 6pm until 8am after that you had to either pay or move your car

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Will be returning again hopefully very soon.
Lovely friendly place, very clean also. Lola our sprocker spaniel made welcome everywhere, the only disappointment is that Lola never received a ‘pets in pyjamas’ welcome treat bag in the room.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? We're still waiting for the promised dog welcome pack, which did not appear even after I asked staff about it.
We arrived at a very busy time on the Wednesday before the jubilee weekend, staff were rushed off their feet. The room was adequate but unfortunately although my daughter and I had specifically requested two single beds, there was a double bed made up in our room. This was put right by staff when we brought it to their attention. Coffee/tea facilities were available in the room. Everything was clean and well presented, and the outdoor area for the dog was very handy.

Unfortunately our first impression was very poor customer service so that perhaps coloured our overall experience. Nice place, nice room with view, but felt it was very overpriced. We didn't stay for breakfast but the general menu seemed to be standard pub grub with high prices. Water not hot enough to soak in the bath. Poor soundproofing (rooms).

We stayed at the Bamburgh Castle Inn this month. We chose a garden room which was small but had patio doors leading into a small enclosed garden for our dog to go out. Everything we needed for our one night stay was provided and the inn was very close to the beach which zeus loved as he had not seen the sea or been on a beach before. There were doggy treats to buy on the bar in the restaurant area and allocated spaces for you to eat with dogs. Water bowls were dotted around the eating area. Parking is behind the building and was limited but we found a space. Would definitely recommend asking for a garden room. There is building work ongoing at present to extend the inn but this didnt cause a problem. Near Bamburgh Castle but unfortunately this was closed due to high winds on the day we visited.

Really good base for the Northumberland coast. Very dog friendly and garden rooms perfect.(although no other pubs in seahouses are dog friendly so if you stay here you have to eat in the hotel). Staff friendly and food of decent pub food quality if not a little highly priced. Would stay again and recommend.
