From arrival when a little confusion over rooms was resolved in an extremely friendly and helpful manner to the very comfortable bed and wonderful toilettries a lovely stay. Great they left the window open so room was cool on arrival. Nice size room and good shower. Breakfast cooked to order with plenty of cereals, pastries etc. We didn't eat in the evening but looked good. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

We had great expectations when we got to the room as there was lovely treats for the dogs and a ball with Pooh bags and a bowl. The room looked lovely and a good size. We had a terrible nights sleep as you couldn’t open the windows due to people cackling and smoking outside so it was like a furnace in there. There was a pretty pathetic fan supplied which just moved the hot air around. The food from the restaurant in the evening was dreadful and they didn’t really have a clue about allergies and weren’t willing to adapt anything as I suppose it’s just all frozen pre prepared rubbish. Breakfast for husband was fine but again very limited for a coeliac and they had been pre warned I needed gluten free. Real shame as the hotel looks nice but just really let down by the issues mentioned.

We had the best time nothing was too much bother the third member our dog was adored and allowed to lay under our table which for us just made our stay. Very highly recommend with or without a dog.

Have just got home today from a fantastic break at the Three Swans Hotel. Everything you could have asked for and better! Staff was amazing and accommodating to all our needs and made our dog Daisy feel welcome at all times. Food excellent. It is very close to hungerford common which I'd only a 5-10 minute walk away. Overall experience 10 out of 10. Thinking of rebooking already.

Hotel is in the middle of town so perfect location. The room was spacious and doggy treats were provided. The restaurant/bar/cafe was great - the quality of food was high and the breakfast offering was first class. Overall a very comfortable stay with lovely walks along the canal.

Lovely gastro pub right in centre of Hungerford. Comfortable room (if a bit hot) and a good breakfast the following day

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Hotel is busy with passing trade, not just the resident so loses its personal care and attention to the guests, the staff when dealing with you were very polite and friendly.
The hotel is in the heart of Hungerford, it's bright, clean and the staff are very friendly and attentive, when dealing with you. However the hotel is busy, with guests and passing trade, especially at lunch time, in the coffee shop and lounge area. The food was well presented and pipping hot. There is a nice seating area on the terrace to enjoy a meal and drink, whilst soaking up the sunshine. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well presented and very clean. However, they are very small and exceedingly snug for two persons and two dogs! The bathroom is tiny and you have to enter it,like you would a kissing gate, due to the tiny space. Both rooms were exceedingly hot and made the stay very uncomfortable. You could open the bedroom window, but it was looking onto the terrace below, so you had the noise of other residents who were drinking, eating and smoking, hence the smells and sounds then came into bedroom, also the sound of the railway trains, which were next door to the hotel. Dog bowls were provided when requested twice, but no dog beds, there would have been no room for them anyway, as the bedroom was so snug, no floor room left. There is not an ideal space for exercising dogs, only the car park close by, no green space, although plenty of common ground and green space, a short car drive away.
