Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? The hotel needs to realise this is a pets pyjamas booking and read their notes to make sure everything is supplied.

“Nice friendly staff. Room was a let down, didn’t have a bath, so we moved after speaking to reception to a staff room on the top floor only one available. This was shabby, broken pictures on wall with dents in the walls. But on the plus side it did have a bath!! Lock on door wasn’t secure and screws hanging out. I’ve got pics to prove this. We were supposed to have dog bowl, treats, poo bags and ball included in our package but none supplied. When mentioning to reception we were told “this is expensive and we are in the middle of changing supplier” so we didn’t get them! Considering included in package, and part of one of the reason for booking this was a total let down. Good job I brought my own containers and supplies to keep my dog happy. We chose to have our included dinner on the Sunday night, this was a big mistake as it felt like we were just getting the Sunday lunch left overs.”

“Recently stayed at The Golden Fleece, Thirsk. The whole stay was fantastic and the staff in the hotel could not do enough for us. It was very reassuring that each member of the team in the hotel loved dogs and not only gave us a very warm welcome but our furry companion too. I would also highly recommend pets pyjamas who made the booking process really easy and removed any stress. We can’t wait to return for our next stay.”
