We have stayed at many of the hotels in the Coaching Inn Group before with our little four-legged friend. This is the first time we have booked through PetsPyjamas and were delighted to stay with a hotel group that we know and love, who are perfectly accepting of dogs. We had an amazing 3 nights for the price of 2, including a two-course meal on one night of our stay. The booking procedure with PetsPyjamas was easy to complete online, with a quick confirmation of the booking. Communication was excellent (I asked if we could have a quiet room) and this was all confirmed by email. The Inn is very much in the heart of Ledbury, with lots of restaurants and cafe life (although we chose to eat in The Feathers as it had a great atmosphere). There is a car park at the back of the hotel (accessed from the side road) with free parking. The decor in the hotel is beautiful and all the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. We chose to have our dog sitting under our table for breakfast, which is served at the table - not a problem, a table was set up in the main hotel sitting area each morning waiting for us, near the coffee shop. The hotel is clearly a favourite with locals who call in for drinks and a bite to eat, to sit down in the lovely hotel surroundings by an open fire. There are lots of places to visit nearby - we found Eastnor Castle which is about 3 miles away and has extensive grounds and clear paths for dog walking. Easily accessible with a pushchair or a wheelchair. Definitely recommended!

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Could not fault this place at all!
We loved our visit to The Feathers. Firstly, it is beautiful -a property full of character with stunning decor. It is so comfortable, the room was stunning with lots of lovely little touches. Secondly, the staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming, especially towards our dog. It was our first hotel stay with our dog and it was perfect. Lastly, the food was fabulous! We had several meals there and they were all exceptional. Thank you to the entire team, we cannot wait to return!

Just back from a short break at the Feathers in Ledbury and can't speak highly enough of this lovely hotel and its friendly staff. We had a lovely superior double room with a really comfortable bed and a super bathroom. We took our young whippet with us and he was made really welcome, even getting his own sausage at breakfast! The food in the hotel was really good and we would certainly return.

We originally booked this hotel on the basis that it is dog friendly. This it most certainly is, the staff welcoming and making a fuss of your pet constantly! As for the hotel, it is centrally located in the quaint place of Ledbury. The hotel is very olde worlde in its decor and everywhere seemed very clean and well-kept. The room was spacious, clean and well-kept. The bed was large and very luxurious - a large feather-down duvet covering the bed, keeping you nice and cosy at night. Indeed, we had a hell of a job prising our dog off the duvet, so comfortable was she. The bathroom was spotless, with a very inviting bath and shower in the room. The shower could easily be changed to enable you to have a power shower. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. They even gave the dog a sausage at breakfast. Staff were very helpful, friendly and obliging at all times. The food was good and there were plenty of choices. Would certainly recommend this hotel, especially if you have a dog!

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? We enjoyed our stay, couple of issues, but overall a nice break.
I do not feel like we received a warm welcome. We had a wait whilst the check in officer appeared even though we had been assured we would be checked in. The check in officer did not have it on “his system” that we were entitled to a cream tea, I had to show him my email. We did not have the doggie treats , toy or poo bags (which again were suppose to be included in the package) in the room, but the assistant scurried off to the local pet shop and by the time we had finished our cream tea the items appeared in our room. We had an evening meal included in the deal, but no details, the waiter told us we could have 2 courses and it was ANYTHING off the menu, we just paid for drinks. The service was excellent, the food was good, at breakfast our dog got a sausage and the food was excellent, full English and Eggs Benedict, coffee, fruit juice etc service was excellent, very attentive staff.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Car park is tight to get in and out of, but plenty of space once inside it.
The hotel is in the middle of the town,so very well placed for exploring the surrounding areas. We were given a warm well, we had a nice comfortable room, with a large bed, and plenty of floor space for our two dogs (room 4) we had paid for an upgraded room. The room over looks the main Street,it was very warm, a fan was provided, however we still needed to open the windows, so expect the street noise, something living in a rural area, we were not used to. We did not however, receive our bowl and ball treats etc for the dogs. I don't know why we didn't get them, the hotel did supply two blankets, for the dogs to sleep on. We had a three night stay, booked via pets pyjamas including a meal on one night, which I think was good value for money. All the breakfasts and the evening meal, were served pipping hot,and were delicious. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or attentive. We were even presented with two glasses of fizz, with our evening meal, for our wedding anniversary, which was a lovely touch, as we hadn't mentioned it was our anniversary? The dogs loved their morning breakfast sausages, and being made a fuss of by the waitress, who was lovely. I'm afraid it's back to dental sticks for breakfast, for them now we are home! A lovely break away in a comfortable, clean, well presented hotel, good food, friendly, helpful staff, the dogs and the humans really enjoyed themselves, we would definitely stay here again, if we are visiting the area. Thank you, and well done to all the staff at the hotel.
