Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? B&b rate is just about ok but as above not good value when you factor in cist if meals/drinks. In a way, the hotel pricing strategy us self efeatung because we went elsehere for food and drink.
Pleasant stay overall. Hotel more 3 star than 4 with some maintenance needed here and there; water flow for shower and basin was poor. Meal prices very expensive and not good value for what you get (hence we only ate there one night out if three). Also at £45/head expect a tablecloth and proper napkins. Drinks over £12 for two pints which is iver the top. Service at breakfast on day three was a shambles having to wait a long time for service. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and accomodating

Unfortunately our stay was not as we had wished. There appeared to be problems with staff as the manager had left that morning. Temporary staff were brought in to cover. The grounds were lovely but unkempt. No towels for our pooch (torrential rain during our stay)or water bowl , supposedly dog friendly. No hotel pack in the room with any guidance for fire evacuation or details on restaurant times etc. a disappointing visit

Very dog friendly, but it's a tired hotel. Loads of potential and the building, grounds and staff but it needs some love and investment. The courtyard rooms were clean, but scuffed and shabby and a bit small for our dog. The new spa looks great from the outside (didn't go in because of the dog), but I'm not sure if that didn't divert funds from making the main hotel itself really nice. Also, the WiFi internet connection was unusable - coupled with limited cell coverage it made booking things very difficult.

My little dog and I have just spent a fabulous few days at Ox Pasture Hall Hotel. All the staff were lovely, so welcoming to us both. It was perfect. Thank you. M & K

Ox Pasture gave us a hugely warm welcome and is possibly the most dog friendly hotel you could find. Our Cavalier King Charles happily dined with us for breakfast and dinner and could relax in the bar with us too. He enjoyed his breakfast sausage! The room we had was very spacious. The power of the shower could do with improvement and it would be nice to see the bar open later than 10pm, but overall this is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Food in the restaurant, particularly in the evenings, was exceptional.

Just returned from a lovely last minute get-away at Ox Pastures. It was our first night away with our 6 month old Italian Greyhound, Luna, and everything was perfect! The staff at the hotel couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable- we were even given an upgrade to a large suite which gave us lots of space. The suite was clean and cosy with a homely feel and a lovely view of the lake. The grounds are beautiful, our pup enjoyed exploring all the open spaces. We ate an evening meal and breakfast in the conservatory, the food was great- Luna was even treated to a breakfast sausage! The hotel is in a great location for walks in the Yorkshire Dales or fun at Scarborough. Luna loved the beach, the children love the penny arcades! We will definitely return!
