Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? We booked a 2 night spa package with our dog, via Pets Pyjamas and couldn’t fault the warm, dog-friendly welcome we got throughout our stay. I would agree with the other review that the dog treats are pretty ordinary biscuits but they are in plentiful su

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Yes i feel as a company Pets Pyjamas is a waste of time and i would not book through them again.
Boringdon Hall hotel was advertised by Pets Pyjamas as and i quote Four-legged guests will be treated like royalty, receiving their own welcome pack that’s full of treats. Treats were no more than a little jar of cheap biscuits, no welcome pack. So i am wondering what we paid for. Stayed for the two night break, room ok but beware in Room 37 the tv and internet is not constant and drops out regularly. We were offered another room but really for a 5 star hotel they were or should have been aware of this and made an attempt to fix it and not keep letting out the room. The restaurant had 3 AA rosettes, i do not think the food was worthy of this, very salty and quite bland. On the second morning we were booked in for breakfast at 0900 hrs and arrived for breakfast at 0855, at 0920 i went to reception to ask if we could have our breakfast, we then had our order taken and served with cold toast and tea, no sugar for the tea. We waited another 20 minutes no sign of our breakfast so i went back to reception but alas we felt ignored and in the end we gave up after another wait. This however brought a flurry of staff to us, but if you have appointments to keep do you really want a take out breakfast, what are you supposed to do eat it while driving? My attempt to contact Pets Pyjamas have failed with messages left but alas they to dont respond. Money taken job done is how i think they view it. Boringdon Hall is 5 star, myself i would rate it no more than 2 star as regards service, food and overall experience. The dog experience was zero, we had to ask for the dog treats and only one member of staff actually acknowledged our dog and i noticed that other dogs were ignored. Hardly dog friendly.
