Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? I have to tick yes to warm welcome but I would just say they are welcome!!

“Really lovely inn and set in a beautiful village with great walks and a stream running all the way through the village. The room was on the small side especially for 2 dogs and 2 adults maybe there could be a warning of this when booking. Food was delicious and well presented. They were accommodating to dogs but nothing in the rooms for them (treats, Pooh bags, bowl, towels).”

“Wonderful idyllic place, fabulous food, beautiful walks and great people. Plenty of room for the greyhound! Incredibly dog friendly.”

“We had a really nice time on a walking weekend (6 adults, 3 dogs). Comfy, clean rooms (although some redecoration needed in the bathroom?) great food and excellent service. Would definitely return.”

“Under new ownership (1 month in) so we will be kind. Friendly hard working staff. Owners understandably busy and not front of house which was a missed opportunity. Don't think relationship with pets and pyjamas will continue which is a shame as we would not have found the greyhound inn otherwise. Rooms are going to be updated but clean is more important than updating. Stayed two nights and enjoyed location and breakfast. Not much choice at dinner first night some choices not available as new butcher and fish deliveries let them down. Limited menu choice which is quite normal post covid. Bar floor still had previous night's food on the floor both mornings at breakfast. Dirty glasses outside in patio area in the morning from night before. But still really liked the place and hope if we return to see the improvements the new owners will probably make.”

“Location perfect for plenty of walking options, the accommodation was very comfortable and the food at The Greyhound Inn was outstanding. Very friendly staff, who couldn't do enough for you. Will definitely be returning soon.”
