Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Lovely to also have breakfast and dinner with the dogs.
Lovely place to stay with the dogs and beautiful location. Our 2 dogs were made very welcome with beds, bowls and biscuits. We had a balcony which was lovely however, would have been nice if the hedges fully partitioned each room/balcony instead of partially which meant our dogs and other dogs had free reign of the whole balcony. This is no problem if other guests like dogs and the dogs get on but could be an issue if that is not the case. Would also be nice if there was a poo bag bin somewhere on the premises. Searched around and could not find one. Nearest was by the beach.

In terms of value for money, the hotel met our expectations. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The different food options were first class. We enjoyed our stay there. 5 stars It was a pity the doors to rooms 71-74 were no fitted properly. This meant that guests had to slam the doors to shut them which was noisy. Also there were large gaps under the doors which increased the noise and light. Dean, the Night Manager was outstanding when our dig had an”accident”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? At £300+ per night B&B not especially budget and parking was a lottery as there are insufficient spaces. In addition building works all around the hotel does not give the best impression.
Stayed 3 nights with breakfast in a Luxury King with Sundeck. The first impression is very good, but the Sundeck was not secure as there is not a complete division between each balcony. This is not ideal for dogs as some (like people) just don't get on. The room was good, but not especially luxury as expected. Breakfast was hit and miss as we found it less crowded after about 9:45 and dogs are allowed to sit with you in the breakfast room. The availability of basic breakfast food seemed to be decimated after 9:30 and we had to constantly ask for things to be replenished. The staff are very friendly but as they are mostly students they needed leadership.

Amazing! we had a lovely relaxing stay, all staff were very friendly and happy to help. Service was a little slow, but I think that’s why it is so relaxing you don’t feel rushed, was nice to chill out.

This was a long weekend package and birthday trip (we had a great time - included was dinner the first night, cream tea and tickets to The Lost Gardens of Heligan). Our dog could be with us throughout except in the Spa and the restaurant - instead, we dined in the room at the end of the bar with the TV and fire (had it to ourselves the first night (Fri) home-from-home watching our favourite TV too!). Cream tea, ooh those scones! This was consumed in the bar/lounge area which is lovely and relaxing. Breakfast was very relaxed and had all we wished for (inc sausage for the dog on the last morning) except porridge for the other half. We booked Sunday lunch which was delicious but had only 2 choices beef or mushroom nut wellington, I am not vegetarian but cannot digest red meat very well so the lack of choice was a little disappointing. Our room was clean and well presented with all we needed in it including a dog bed, bowls, dog poo bags and some doggy biscuits too. We had a sea view but the large building in front of the property prevents an uninterrupted view for any room really, this venue is fabulous for access to the beach and walking, only just over the road! We used the spa for a massage which was very nice and as for the health club it is very popular with all in the area it appears, so it was impossible to join classes as they were all booked up when we got there (maybe book ahead?). The staff were really lovely and helpful throughout. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay!
