“The hotel's location is amazing. You are on the beach! The view from our room was awesome. The hotel was spotless. Restaurant food was very good. Staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast was a highlight, nothing was too much trouble. Daisy our sprocker loved her morning sausage. Food quality was high quality and cooked perfectly. We would have given 5 stars however, we had to live out of our suitcase as no wardrobe or even a chest of drawers!! 5 days of this really tainted our stay. Would return in a heartbeat.”

“My husband and I took our third child aka the dog on a weekend break to The Ship Inn, Mundesley after a recommendation from The Pets Pyjamas. We'd eaten here many years ago and raved about the food then. We were a little late arriving but the staff found us a table and we had a fabulous meal, in fact we couldn't find fault with any of the meals we had during our stay. The Fish & Chips were amazing and big dog LOVED his breakfast doggy sausage too. Our room was clean, modern and had everything we needed. This was the first time we'd taken the dog to a hotel so had half filled the car with things he might need but we really didn't have to. The proximity to the beach makes The Ship the best place ever for those with dogs, straight out the door, down the ramp and access to miles of sand. Overall great location, friendly welcoming staff and fabulous food.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? The only thing is that room did not include doggy welcome pack which was stated on the email package as being included

“Staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure our trip was good. Our furry friend loved the breakfast sausage and the hotel had an ideal location right by the beach which was quiet and dog friendly. Highly recommend”

“Lovely dog friendly establishment. Rooms are clean and have lots of facilities as you’d expect as it is not the cheapest. Dogs are allowed in the bar and restaurants on a lead. The food was really good at breakfast and in the evenings, in both the restaurant and bar. Located right on the beach which has dog friendly sections all year we had no complaints whatsoever. Also has a large free car park for patrons staff were all helpful and friendly too. I would highly recommend the Ship Inn.”

“Had a great time here, staff are lovely and very accommodating, service is great, food so good, and lovely location and dog friendly beach! However considering the amount we paid for 2 nights through PetsPyjamas, disappointing that there were no dog accessories or nice touches for the dogs, feel like we should of just booked direct with the hotel which would of been cheaper and we still haven’t received £100 voucher off our next booking which was promised in April.”
