“This is as a prefect location to relax & walk the Dog . It was helped by lovely weather . Also the hotel fitted to its surroundings perfectly & the staff are great ,keen to help making sure you enjoy your stay . This was Oscar’s (our cockapoo ) first time to the beach he loved it . We planning to return in October for a short break”

“The hotel is family run and you definitely feel that additional care and passion from the team. Our stay was extremely relaxing from the early online check in, to dinners with the dog and the attentiveness of the team there. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, the location is simply stunning. We had a sea view room with a patio and I would really recommend this room. The team genuinely made our little dog, Bubbla, very welcome. He came to both breakfast and dinner with us and was welcomed in most areas of the hotel. Would recommend.”

“Disappointed with stained carpet especially round by tea & coffee area and in bedroom. Would have preferred lighter options for evening meal. Breakfast service and options exceptional.”

“Such a relaxing holiday from start to finish. Rooms were comfy, the team couldn’t be more helpful and the dogs loved their morning sausages and walks to the cove! Great facilities in terms of the pool and spa - we really enjoyed the massage from Hannah!”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? The spa was lovely and I had a massage and a swim in the pool.

“This stunning hotel is a hidden away on the coast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our dog was welcomed and he got a sausage most mornings for breakfast. There's a place to wash off your dog and wash up his bowls, he is raw fed and they were accommodating putting his food in a freezer for us. The food was delicious and plentiful.”

“After venturing down tiny roads we arrived with one very excited dog as he could see the sea What a beautiful place, room overlooking the sea with enough space, lovely comfy bed with bathrobes supplied, Tea/coffee & FRESH milk brought own but if I had known wouldn't have & you can request more when you wish. Dog mat, bowls & a treat for himself. Walked down to beach met the cows including my favourite Highland & saw deer. The beach was great just the right size where we met other dogs Dinner was a delight we had to bring the dog as he was shouting at being left lovely meal had & nothing too much trouble. Lovely nights sleep although the heaters were annoying just need to turn them off, would also recommend a room further away from reception as it was a little noisy, then a fab breakfast & final walk to beach. Staff are a credit to the hotel all lovely.”

“A super family run luxury hotel. We had a fantastic 2 night stay with our pooch. This hotel ticked every box for us as a family, and is ideal for dogs. Patio doors led to open fields and stunning views. It is a very short hike to the private beach and there are beautiful costal walks on the doorstep, too. We walked from the hotel to Salcombe and then caught the local bus home. The rooms are well equipped and the food is excellent. We shall definitely be returning to this gem of a hotel.”
