Having stayed for 3 nights with a plan to go and see the sites in Bath, the hotel was so lovely and such a pleasant stay with our dog, we never even got as far as Bath town centre. The hotel as a whole is lovely, our room was spacious with a great view. All meals we had in the restaurant, which included breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meals, were will delicious and the service was second to none. I can not believe how dog-friendly the hotel and all members of staff are, this truly is the most dog-friendly hotel I have ever come across. Dogs are allowed in all areas, even in the main dining room ( conservatory area) as well as the bar and lounges. We had a wonderful few days relaxing in lovely surroundings and completely relaxed, the only downside we had was having to leave, but we will certainly be returning soon. 5 stars all the way.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? the room was too small for 2 adults and 2 dogs, the doors leading into the mews banged loudly as they closed too fast on the automatic closing things

Had a great trip with my sister and dog, Lapsi. The Hotel room was on the ground floor which was ideal for us as Lapsi is now 10.5 years and struggles with stairs. The room and views were great. Dining with Lapsi for breakfast , lunch and dinner was excellent and the kitchens also prepared the meals for Lapsi when asked to do so. Lapsi enjoyed chicken and rice at one of the dinners. The stau was relaxing as both me and my sister enjoyed the spa treatments. All in all a great place and the added bonus was getting free snacks when we wanted.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? It was value for money due to the Pets Pjamas package
Warm welcome and our dog was greeted nicely throughout the 5 night stay in an elegant room. We were happy with the nice cosy room and large bathroom but tv bit small. First visit to spa was very disappointing as water in outdoor pool and indoor hydrotherapy pool was cold and only half of jets working, and it all looked slightly grubby? We also nearly slipped over a few times to and from outdoor spa due to rain making tiles very slippery. Avoided spa next day but tried again on 3rd day. Slipping again to and from as still raining but was pleased to find hot water in hydro pool (still only half of jets working but was very relaxing). The 2 spa treatments were good and nice therapy rooms. The hotel grounds are small but very nice and looked after. Food throughout was good and we especially enjoyed the afternoon tea. All the staff were friendly, kindly and helpful. We enjoyed the free soft drinks and treats! The exclusive package from PJs was excellent and made the stay most enjoyable and value for money. Without the package, we felt the stay would have been bit expensive.

Friendly welcome and very relaxed atmosphere. Clean and well appointed room. All staff made us feel very much at home including our Finnish Lapphund, Sooku. Foodwise - very well catered for (with Sooku) in their lovely conservatory (part of their restaurant) where we enjoyed a good quality menu. The breakfast menu was also extremely good. The grounds are quite extensive and the hotel looks out over a valley with village in the distance.
