“Just back from a Valentines break at The Vineyard. A wonderful dog friendly hotel, where the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you or your dog. The rooms were large, stylish and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The only one negative, there is no real outdoor space. Taking a working breed away, they need to release some of their energy first thing before heading down for breakfast. That said we did a wonderful walk along the Kinnet and Avon canal, which was beautiful. Stopped for a drink at the Dundas Arms, Kintbury, then headed home and popped into the Red House (well it would be rude not to). Then back to the Vineyard for a much need relax in the spa. There and back 5 hours.”

“From the moment we arrived until leaving 3 days later we were treated like royalty, nothing was too much trouble as all staff were attentive. the attention to detail, the little touches were all very welcome and added to the overall excellent experience. Reception staff, dining room and bar staff, catering staff and the staff looking after our suite to those in the spa, were all lovely and friendly but without being intrusive. The food was excellent as was the wine selection It was a pleasure to be able to stay in such a lovely hotel with our dog. Highly recommended and we will stay again”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Expensive but well worth it

“We were met when we checked in by the concierge who offered our labrador treats. In our room there were two bowls a dog bed and a bag of special treats. Each dog room had a door leading to the outside. There were detailed plans of walks provided. They also had special dog dinner menus and even provided "dog" beer. The most dog friendly hotel we have experienced.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? We cannot recommend the venue and pets in pyjamas for finding it for us.

“A beautiful hotel set in a great location. All staff were friendly dog lovers and did everything they could to accommodate us! Out puppy Ginny 10/10 would recommend staying!”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? From the moment we arrived we had the most fabulous time and not just us but most importantly so did our dog, Billy! Our room was perfect as was very private and had doors that open straight outside which was brilliant with the dog. We could bring Billy

As well as him being able to join us for dinner, which the food I would like to add was spectacular!”

“Wow wow wow lovely hotel. Staff were super welcoming to my Stafford, Lemboss. They provided her with a doggy bed, bowl and treats and she was thoroughly spoilt! The grounds are stunning and plentiful for Lemboss to walk around in. The suite was also a great size for us. Afternoon tea was particularly yummy and you just have to try the spa. We will definitely be back and will enjoy more time in the spa. Lemboss is looking forward to returning already!”
