“From check in to check out our experience with The Kings Head was amazing. Our room was perfect- a cute little bed, a bowl and treats ready for our dog. Air con and comfortable nights sleep for all. Breakfast was outstanding- so much choice and great service. The staff here are what makes the experience a 5 star one- without exception. Even when they were clearly busy, rushing around they acknowledge and apologised for any wait. Can't wait to come back!”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? I would have liked a little more choice on the breakfast buffet in terms of cereal & yoghurts but the hot food was excellent..

“We had a lovely break that was very much needed..all staff were so helpful & friendly..the timing was perfect to start our Christmas in such a lovely atmosphere”

“The Kings Head in Cirencester is one of a growing number of hotels in the UK who understand that we want to holiday with our dogs without compromising on comfort, style and good food. Obviously, dogs aren't allowed everywhere, but eating in the Brasserie didn't make us feel as though we were being segregated or penalised for having our dog with us. We couldn't fault a thing. Although an opening window would have been useful. Our dog hated the noisy aircon!”

“Room was spacious, bathroom was very clean. All staff were very friendly to our dog and had a table ready for us for breakfast. Only issue was the smashed avocado was cut not smashed.”

“Very comfortable stay. Staff pleasant and helpful. About 3 minutes walk to Abbey grounds where dogs can be let off the lead - about 20 minute circular walk. Town has several dog friendly pubs and lots of history. We had hot weather and dog bowls were left outside many premises. Had supreme bedroom and was clean, spacious and enjoyed the air con.”

“Had a very warm welcome from The Kings Head Hotel in Cirencester. My room was huge, with a balcony as well! Koko found the dogs bed that was provided along with water and feed bowls. The outside area also had working taps should you need to wash your dog. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Food and cocktails were very good. I cannot believe how dog friendly this whole area of Cotswolds is!!”

“The hotel was amazing, the pictures didn't do it justice. Staff was very friendly. My dog was given a massive dog bed, a toy, treats and water bowl. We were also able to have dinner and breakfast in the bar area with our dog.”
