Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Not much to do in BOA, but train station just two minutes away to Bath

“We’ve just returned from this fantastic hotel with our two dogs, who were treated like Royalty? I don’t think I’ve ever seen the whole staff in the same place so happy in their work? Two fantastic evening meals (the last night was not so great, as followed a record service for Sunday lunch?), so thanks Chef(s) for that!! Room was overlooking the river and whilst a little small, housed the four of us comfortably - plus a lovely little package for the boys from the wonderful Doghouse just over the Bridge. Dog walk on the back doorstep through to the canal, river and local dog friendly park…..perfect!! Great food; great staff and excellent position……thoroughly recommend!!”

“The hotel and staff at Timbrell's Yard were very friendly and professional. The room was of a good size and standard although our room didn't have a view but, did have air conditioning. The food and drinks are a bit pricey but, very tasty and our dog did have a welcome woof box in our room with food, treats and a ball which, was a nice surprise! The town has much to see and is quite historical. Overall, we had a lovely relaxing weekend break and would definitely go again.”

“Pleasant stay food excellent, bedroom very warm can now see the reason a fan is left in the room also no bow wow package as promised for our furry friend. At check in was asked for our card details for express check out on returning home and checking bank balance found hotel had taken £230 for food from our account without our knowledge which we had already paid for through pets pyjamas also when checking out had been charged another£54.50 for food which we had already paid for all monies are in the process of being refunded but please check your bills at this hotel, this all left us with a bit of a bitter taste in the mouth after a pleasant stay.”

“Very comfortable, gorgeous rooms, dogs were so warmly welcomed and catered for, and service was incredible (cheerful, helpful, go out of their way to give everyone the best experience).”

“We had a very warm welcome and the staff were brilliant and friendly. The location is perfect with great walks from the hotel. The food was delicious. They were very accommodating for my dog. I would highly recommend.”
