Did you and your dog receive a warm welcome? yes

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? I enjoyed the break but as the bedrooms are in a separate building from the restaurant and bar if it was raining you would get wet moving between them.
Being a dog I do not expect much but I was promised a comfy bed along with some smart dog bowls. The dog bed had seen better days and the bowl was very old. The restaurant and cleaning staff were very good, especially the dog breakfast. There is only one dog bed in the piano lounge so if more than one dog is present you have to lay on the floor unless your mum remembers to bring a blanket.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? We did feel let down as we didn’t receive what we were sold.
Nice hotel set in lovely grounds. Within easy walking distance of Tewkesbury Abbey and town centre. The room was good. Lovely big comfy bed. Bathroom a little tired but shower was great! Dog bowls, small pack of treats, dog bed and towel provided. Great to have patio door leading to grassy area for morning wee wees. We booked a package with afternoon tea and 3 course evening meal. Didn’t get the champagne with the afternoon tea and the dinner was a joke really! Our starters weren’t served together and my husband had to send his main course back because it was cold. Never asked if we wanted dessert. We were sick of waiting so we went back to the room. The guy behind the bar was lovely and kept apologising but they were clearly very short staffed. All this really took the shine off for us. They did give my husband a large glass of wine but it really wasn’t the service we expected. No doggie dinner was forthcoming even though we did ask. The breakfast was great but as it was buffet style they should be able to get that right! Our dog also enjoyed the scrambled egg and sausage they bought out for him. We would stay again but definitely wouldn’t have the package again as we were so disappointed, we would have evening meal elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The food was amazing, we ate in the Piano bar with our dog. It was a very cosy nicely decorated space. Staff were super friendly and attentive. We had direct access to the outside which was perfect with a dog. The only complaint would be our bathroom was quite shabby. Also housekeeping could have been better. But overall a great place. Lots of walks on the doorstep.

Great hotel, staff very friendly. Ate here both evenings, dinner and breakfasts were lovely. Room very nice with direct access via patio door to a grassy area that our dog could use. Our dog loved the dog bed and treats provided. Enjoyable walks around the grounds, fantastic leisure facilities. Walked into Tewkesbury, took around 20 mins. Booked to come back in the summer.

Max & Paddy. Yes that’s us we are two poochon doggies. We have just taken our parents to Tewksbury park hotel for a four day break. When we arrived in our room how excited we were to see doggie treats, water bowls. & beds for a Kip, also our parents were allowed to join us for breakfast & dinner in the piano bar. The staff were very friendly to. We also had a ground floor room with patio doors to the grassy area outside. And they even put a fridge in our room to keep our food fresh. Can’t woofing wait to go back.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Great food, wonderful staff!
We recently stayed here as part of their two-night New Years' eve package and we were blown away. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Everyone fawned over our pup and he definitely came home a bit treat spoiled. The room was comfortable and welcoming to dogs with a bed for them, bowls, a dog towel and access to the outside. The food was simply amazing and the manager took the time every day to stop, talk to and get to know all the guests. Also it is in a simply beautiful location and walking down to explore the town of Tewksbury provided a great stimulating walk for the dog and his humans. We would definitely like to stay again!

A very well run hotel with excellent facilities. The menu for dinner was also good, if somewhat restrictive for a 5-night stay
