“The hotel and room were both beautiful. Plenty of room for us and our greyhound to spread out with a nice mudroom at the front for muddy paws. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful, huge thanks to the food & beverage managers. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is due to the restaurant/food. Hopefully these were just new opening after COVID growing pains, but we didn't have a smooth meal while there - from long waits, to cold food, to wrong food, to bland meals.”

“Beautiful hotel. We had one of the smallest double, “a good double”, and it was massive. Breakfast was brought to our bedroom, free of charge. Which meant that we didn’t have to leave our cockapoo alone in the room whilst we had breakfast”

“The Hare & Hounds hotel was an excellent place to take my little girl. The grounds are beautiful and well places with trails nearby. Penelope was accommodated for breakfast and dinner. They even have a menu for her! Our room was exceptionally spacious and on the ground floor for easy outdoor access in the middle of the night. It was a lovely stay. The staff were excellent as well and clearly dog lovers. Thank you!”

“We had a really lovely time at The Hare & Hounds Tetbury considering these difficult times the staff & hospitality staff were very upbeat & polite can't praise them enough. Had cream tea each day & Dave had doggy icecream”

“We had a lovely two nights at the Hare and Hounds with our Labrador. The staff were all very welcoming. There are plenty of green spaces on site too which is helpful.”

“We were seriously impressed with every aspect of the Hare & Hounds from the spacious and comfortable accommodation to the delicious food and the attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely welcomed Monty, my cockapoo, who was able to join us at both breakfast and our evening meal. I am wheelchair dependent and have to say that this hotel provided the most accessible bathroom I have encountered. It enabled me to remain completely independent which isn’t always possible. My friend and I were delighted with our stay.”
