“My daughters and I had a lovey stay . Spa treatments were amazing , staff were friendly and very good at their job . Pool was lovely too . Also staff in hotel were lovely , accommodating re having the dog . We ate at night in the Nelsons bar , good quality food and reasonable price too. Service very good was included but was worth it . Lots of Doggie treats as well, given to my dog , baxter ! The room was clean and beautiful decorated and lovely thought went into the family room . Even dog had own bed and bowl and Treat box left for him . I would definitely go again . Palm court was beautiful no dogs allowed , we tried to leave dog in room alone but with in minutes was unsettled so we decided to stay in nelsons bar . They ensured we got a table , good atmosphere as well . In morning we sat in nelsons bar for breakfast brought it through . This is great hotel to stay for style and comfort with your furry friend .”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? All though they advertise as dog friendly it’s the worst one we have stayed at through pets in pjs

“We could only use the pub for our meals,as the main restaurant wasnt dog friendly, wouldn’t have been so bad if we could have had meals from the main restaurant menu,we there for 4nights and as I don’t eat chips was not impressed that that was all 5hey would offer,on the Sunday it was a carvery in the main room which we were told they would be serving this in the bar all be it it would be plated when we went to order this we were informed they only do this until 5pm ,our table was booked for ea h night at 7pm as this was all they had to offer when we checked in.Breakfast was a joke at £15 per head the hot buffet food was not fresh and should have been made to order .”

“Cannot fault the service or the meals ir the magnificent spa at The Grosvenor. The hotel is very dog-friendly and the extensive beautiful grounds a great place for walking our dog. Highly recommended.”

“Really lovely stay, with great touches for the dogs. The room was really big and so plenty of room for us all. The only thing I’d change would have been a room on the ground floor to help get our puppy outside quickly in the morning. Staff offered us our breakfast in the gastro pub if the dogs were distressed (there were far from it!) and served our afternoon tea outside as it was a warm day and we’d checked out.”
