“Very nice hotel located close to Welsh border. Superb grounds and a lovely bar and restaurant. Our dog was made to feel very welcome. Recommended!”

“From the minute we arrived until we left staff were friendly and very helpful. All requirements for a great stay were provided for humans and dogs alike. Spa and pool facilities were lovely everywhere clean and well maintained. Food very good. Will definitely go back”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Comfortable beds . However the bath was a little High to climb into for the shower

“Perfect from start to finish. The food was amazing and the Palm Court restaurant and stunning. The dogs were very welcome and got their own little welcome pack! The dog friendly rooms on the ground floor have direct access to a small garden area which was perfect! Will definitely be going back.”

“Amazing hotel, beautiful spa. Very dog friendly. Even with breakfast we sat in Nelsons Bar as we were able to have Lloyd in with us. Rooms are extremely luxury, the nicest room I think we have had with Lloyd. Only one con...would like our room room be closer to the entrance as was a long walk to get Lloyd outside for the toliet haha!”

“Couldn't fault it. Room was spotless and comfortable. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was delicious. We ate in Nelsons Bar as we had the dog and the evening meals were value for money. Can't comment on the leisure facilities as we didn't use them. Overall we had a lovely time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.”
