Amazing 4 night break for my 50th, treatments were amazing. Highly recommend for pooches, ours loved all the attention and his bacon and sausage for breakfast, nothing was any trouble and the lady serving Harvey has water every breakfast and bringing us tea and coffee was brilliant. You don't feel pushed out of the way having breakfast and evening meals with your pooch as you eat in the lovely Nelson's bar

Very dog friendly, our room access to a grassy area, with a poo bin, room very comfortable. Dining with Amber in Nelson's Bar, also breakfast, though did have to carry it from the restaurant. Very nice outdoor areas, or would be if it wasn't raining !

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Only downside is that our room was near some kind of fan or a/c unit. It was too loud to have the window open and whirred away 24/7.
Had a lovely night away! A warm welcome, treats in the room for my dog and both adults and pets well catered for. Lovely grounds for walks and despite the number of dogs, it was spotless.

Hi Nicola, Thank you so much for your review. We're so glad to hear you had a lovely night away and that both you and Siouxsie were looked after. Best wishes, Trish

Room lovely however had a spiral staircase to bedroom which on older dog or owners could have been difficult and was a bit of a pain. Breakfast great however sat on bar area and was not set up and walking back and forth with food across reception not ideal. Food in Nelson’s bar excellent and Sam the waitress was very attentive and gave a great service. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and was a fantastic stay

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Having booked via PetsPyjamas, I was disappointed that there was no welcome pack for our dog and no treats. There was no special welcome or anything to make it stand out from any other hotel we have stayed in. Your website was slightly misleading as on
Very nice hotel and felt very luxurious in the reception areas but the bedroom was quite small. However, a comfortable stay.

Very welcoming to humans and dogs, allowed into Nelson’s bar to eat and drink with dog Room offered dog bed and welcome box to reduce the pooches anxiety. Nice friendly hotel with staff who welcomed us all We enjoyed our brief stay to celebrate a birthday and will book for our dogs first birthday in March as so difficult to find decent pet accommodation

Wonderful place. Breakfast was amazing, so was the room. The Nelson, in my opinion was brilliant value, the portions were huge . Palm court was a nice experience, but the food was rather disappointing. Note, dogs are not allowed in Palm court, so breakfast was taken in the Nelson. Just us two and the cleaner. This had no impact on us though. On the negative,£50.00 deposit was taken on arrival on our card, but was NOT added as a credit to our final bill. Still waiting for the £50.00 to be released from our pending card transactions

Very well set up for dogs (in fact slightly better than for teenage humans who were quite restricted in the pool and gym) and there were plenty of canines in residence. Beds and bowls in the rooms and a small garden for walking. Eating in the Nelson bar was great in the evening, but also ended up being our home for breakfast, even though it was being served in the main restaurant, which was a bit fiddly.
